Chad Rosen 

Background
Chad is an executive coach, consultant, trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years experience developing leaders, improving team performance, building effective strategies, and supporting organizational change. He has worked with senior leaders at the C-suite and senior leadership level at General Electric, Fidelity Investments, Pfizer, Morgan Stanley, CVS/Caremark, and The University of Connecticut, to name a few.    

Experience
Chad brings to his work a wealth of practical business and organizational experience gained over the years, having held senior leadership positions in consulting firms such as:   
  • Linkage Inc., the premier global leadership development consulting firm where he led organization-wide initiatives around leadership development, innovation, change management, and inclusive leadership.  
  • The Burnham Rosen Group, where he was a managing partner of this global consulting firm that focuses on leadership development and research based on the work of psychologist David C. McClelland. 
  • Interaction Associates, where he was Director of Business Development, responsible for developing and delivering services throughout the Eastern United States, Canada, and Europe.
  •  Zenger-Miller, Achieve International (Times Mirror), where he led Total Quality Management, Business Process Improvement and Re-engineering initiatives for large hospital networks, major utilities, manufacturing, and retail organizations.  
In addition to his extensive coaching practice, Chad helps his clients implement meaningful change through organization-wide training and consulting initiatives. He works with senior leadership teams on strategy, conflict resolution, purpose development, and direction-setting. A world-class trainer and facilitator, he has led leadership development programs at GE Crontonville (the MD program), Motorola (Motorola University), Accenture, Harvard University, The Library of Congress, and McKinsey & Co.

 Chad lives in Marblehead, MA with his wife, Debra, and their two amazing children. When not sailing or skiing on the weekends, he plays guitar in a local rock band alongside his wife. A graduate of Boston University with an honors degree in English Literature, Chad’s current professional affiliations include: The American Society of Training and Development and The Society of Human Resource Professionals.
